Who We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Minimum 2 years advising experience

  • Fully competent adviser status (CAS)

  • Strong knowledge of mortgages, protection and good compliance standards

  • A passion for helping clients feel safe, understood, and well‑taken‑care‑of

  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach

  • The ability to work from our Hull office when needed, but also independently from home
