Pride Protect began with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel secure about the things that matter most. The name “Pride” was inspired by the strength and unity of a lion’s pride—a symbol of family, protection, and legacy. That sense of togetherness is at the heart of everything we do.
Our journey started over a decade ago in financial advice, helping people make confident decisions about their future. In 2021, we naturally expanded into mortgage services, allowing us to support clients through some of life’s biggest milestones. Today, we offer guidance across property, planning, and protection—because life isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, families, and dreams.

Meet Leanne
Leanne is the Mortgage and Protection Director for Pride Protect, and provides face to face appointments in the Hull and East Yorkshire area. She can also do telephone and video appointments for anyone, including the rest of the UK.
Leanne has been in Financial Services for 10 years and an Estate Planning Consultant for 8 years. She has had various administration and customer services based roles throughout her working life.
She is a mum to two children so understands the pressures of family life but also all the joy it brings too.
Her priority is to be welcoming and ensure that clients feel at ease. She has helped many clients from first time buyers, to busy parents, to those downsizing and more elderly clients who are wishing to make final preparations. Leanne also has a keen interest in property investment and thoroughly enjoys supporting those with investment properties, including buy-to-lets and serviced accommodation.
Meet Kyra
Kyra is the Administrator for Pride Protect, and joined the business in 2025. Her organisational skills and approachable nature complements Leanne's own skills and vision for the company.
Before joining Pride Protect, Kyra worked mostly in healthcare, including 20 years working in the NHS, both in front-line and support services. Her career has given Kyra a strong background in administration, with focus on precision, confidentiality and providing a compassionate service.
Kyra is also a mum of two adult children and so understands the importance of planning for the future and creating security for loved ones. It's this understanding that drives her commitment to supporting clients as they make important decisions to protect what matters most.
