We’re a small but ambitious firm specialising in Mortgages, Insurance, and Estate Planning, and we are looking for a confident, detail-driven individual to join us as a key support to our Advisers.

The Role
As our Administrator/PA, you will play an essential part in providing support to the Directors, managing client admin and helping new Advisers succeed. The following list isn't exhaustive as the role will evolve:
Preparing client records and documents
Drafting recommendation letters
Liaising with providers, lenders, estate agents and solicitors
Calling existing clients and booking appointments
Social media scheduling
Business administration
🕒 Working Pattern
Initial working hours are as follows but over time may increase upto 37 hours over time.
15 hours/week, ideall
y 9:30am–2:30pm, 3 days/week
Office-based role in Hull, with flexibility to work from home occasionally
Laptop and phone provided
💼 Who We’re Looking For
Someone who wants to work professionally while balancing family life
Previous experience in mortgage/insurance administration is a bonus but not essential
Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information
Good written English and confident with Microsoft software with ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills as customer service is key
